Akashic Records Session

Certified Advanced Akashic Records Practitioner

Guidance comes in many forms – meditation, prayer, tuning into our intuition, asking family, friends, and even professionals for their opinions. While all these are tried-and-true methods, there’s one ancient form of guidance that is overlooked and underutilized: The Akashic records. The Akashic records or “The Book of Life” contain every thought, deed, action, intention and feeling your soul has ever had since its very inception. As a trained Akashic Record practitioner, I can tell you that accessing your Akashic records is one of the most beautiful ways of getting trusted information, answers, guidance, and direction from your own Masters, Teachers and Loved ones. This voluminous “Book of Life” can be equated to the universe’s super computer system, which stores all information for every soul who has ever lived on earth. However, the Akashic records are much more than a memory storehouse, they are interactive and an incredible resource available to anyone looking to the divine for information, guidance and support.

I stumbled upon the Akashic records many years ago when doing research on another topic. It piqued my curiosity and my exploration began with two different readings. The first afforded me answers to questions all about my personal life. Having successfully acted on that guidance, I then requested a session seeking the answers, direction and guidance I needed for my business. I was so astounded and intrigued by the information received that I decided to study the Akashic records myself. After much education and practice I began to offer sessions to family, friends and clients.

Having studied and utilized the Akashic records for quite some time now, I am constantly amazed at the available information and guidance that for years I navigated without. I utilize this resource personally and when requested, will access my clients’ records to couple the information received with the work I do as a life coach. It is indeed an honor and a privilege to tune into my clients’ masters, teachers and loved ones to provide them additional guidance, knowledge and messages.

Christian mystic Edgar Cayce has written much about the Akashic records and it should be noted that this “Book of Life” is referenced in both the Old and New Testaments. According to Cayce, the Akashic records are a portion of the divine mind. These records are not simply a transcription of the past but include the present, the future and certain probabilities as well. The records are interactive, have tremendous influence on our everyday lives, our relationships, feelings, belief systems and the potential realities we manifest. There is much more to our lives, histories, and our individual influence on our future than we have dared to imagine. By accessing information from the Akashic records, much can be revealed to us. They are available to guide, educate, and transform every individual to becoming the best that she or he can be. It’s exciting to know there’s a trusted form of guidance available to us for the asking!

How to Prepare for Your Akashic Records Session:

This information is provided to help you prepare for your session so you can maximize your time with your consultant and The Masters Teachers and Loved Ones of your Akashic Records. Spend some quiet time with yourself and contemplate on the questions you would like to bring to your session. It is important to write down the questions and have them ready for your session.

The questions you ask The Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones during your consult are your most valuable tools of discovery! All the information about your life experiences is within the consciousness of The Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones. Your questions will be answered based on where you are in this moment as related to every past experience you have ever had. That is why Divine Wisdom, instead of predictions, is what you will receive during your consult.

Specific Questions to Ask Yourself

Ask your questions in the first person and how the experience pertains to you. For example, you might ask, “How may I help my son during this challenging time for him?” instead of, “What is going on with my son right now?” or, “What is wrong with my son?”

In this example, the second two questions are not yours to ask – at least not in terms of gleaning insight from your Akashic Records. The way the questions are phrased make them about him, and that information can be received only if he asks in his own records.

The best questions to ask begin with ‘what,’ ‘how,’ and ‘where.’ You can also use statements that begin with, ‘explain,’ ‘define,’ or ‘Tell me more about…’

Limit Yes/No questions, or avoid them altogether. The information you will receive from yes/no questions is often too limited. This type of question may also prevent you from receiving information regarding possible solutions, lessons to learn, and growth possibilities or experiences.

‘Who’ questions can be very limiting as well, and can lead to blame rather than taking personal responsibility, opportunities for self-discovery, growth, and spiritual maturation.

Avoid using ‘shoulds’ as well. There are no ‘shoulds’ or ‘should haves’ in the Records, just possibilities!!! Try questions like, “What do you recommend?” “How might I do this differently?” “What is a better way of doing this?” Or, “What is in my highest good?”

This brings us to ‘when’ questions… It is difficult for The Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones to predict when an experience is going to happen for a variety of reasons. Time is not the same in the Akashic Field as in the human realm. Usually there is a sequence of events (action steps) that need to take place before an experience can take place.

Keep free will in mind – you have the choice to follow through with what The Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones suggest you do. The timeline of 'when’ usually depends on your choices. Other people involved in the ‘when’ also have free will and may make choices that influence the outcome.

Instead, ask questions like, “What do you recommend I do to prepare myself to…. (meet my soul mate, start my business, find a new home…)” Or, “How may I re-align myself or shift my energy to manifest_____.” You might also try, “What is my part or responsibility in creating the vibration to receive_______.”

For the clearest consult, come to your session ready with your questions and in a position open to receive the perception, information and guidance from The Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones. It is a beautiful and inspiring experience!

Holding an attitude of gratitude creates a higher vibration for the session to open into. It is best to be well hydrated. Also, avoid consuming alcoholic beverages or recreational drugs 24 hours prior to your consult as this can greatly skew your results

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a Japanese form of massage therapy. The word Shiatsu comes from two Japanese words - "shi" (finger) and "atsu" (pressure). In addition to the direct stimulation of pressure points along the energy pathways of your body, gentle stretching techniques are applied over a wider area of the body to integrate the point work and encourage the flow of Chi (energy) throughout the body. Shiatsu is a meditative healing art that honors the body, mind and spirit.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.  Linda is a Reiki Master and has been practicing Reiki healing since 1996.  See more under the Certifications tab

Reflexology

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet and hands. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet, hands and even ears. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.

Pressure Point Therapy

Your body stores stress in specific areas called pressure points. Pressure points are small painful pockets of energy that are located along a nerve pathway in your body. These pressure points actually block the nerve energy from flowing through your body, causing a variety of discomforts and illnesses. In our session, I apply pressure to these specific points and dissolve them, releasing any blockages and restoring your nerve pathways to optimal health and function.

Oriental Bodywork

Oriental bodywork aims to restore and balance the flow of energy (Chi) throughout your body. It uses gentle hand and finger pressure along specific points and energy pathways (meridians) on your body to restore your body to full health. There are many forms of Oriental bodywork, but they all share a common foundation in Chinese Medicine. They simply differ in their use of specific techniques to balance your energy.

Neuromuscular Therapy

Neuromuscular therapy is a system of massage techniques that were developed in the 1930's by Dr. Stanley Lief in England. It uses a holistic approach towards healing, emphasizing and stimulating the body's natural ability to heal itself. Neuromuscular therapy also enhances the function of joints and muscles, and accelerates the overall healing process by facilitating the release of endorphins.

Myofascial Massage

Myofascial massage is a technique used to treat injuries and discomfort, reducing pain and increasing range of motion. Myofascial massage differs from other types of massage in that it targets the fascia - the membrane surrounding muscles - rather than the muscle itself. Since fascia completely encases every muscle in the body, imbalances in the fascia can have serious effects on your range of motion and comfort level. While other forms of massage can overlook the fascia, myofascial massage focuses specifically on releasing tension in this important membrane.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.

Hot Stone Therapy

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating. Must be requested in advance so stones can be sufficiently warmed.

Energy Work

Energy work is based on the understanding that everyone has a "life force", and that the body needs to sustain its balance for optimum health. Anytime you experience emotional or physical illness, it indicates that your life force has simply become unbalanced. I work directly with your energy field to restore balance and flow to your entire system. And once your energy field has been restored to full health, your health in your physical, mental and emotional body will follow.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

CranioSacral (SM)

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed by physician William Sutherland, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience. Certifications by Upledger Institute

Acupressure

Acupressure is based on one the most ancient principles of healing - that simply touching a specific point on the body will release stress and improve health in the body. In an acupressure session, I apply firm pressure directly to these \"points\" on your body, which relieves your muscle tension and improves your circulation. This simple and powerful technique has been shown to very effective in treating headaches, backaches, and even insomnia.
